The All Star Experience: same time, same place
When registering, please select the appropriate track level that best fits your needs and ability. Once registered, dancers will not be permitted to switch levels.
Can I come to the workshop for one day?
At this time, we do not offer single-day rates.
When is check-in at the SYTYCD® Experience?
Early check-in is offered to everyone Friday afternoon at 10 am. Exact times and locations will be emailed to registered dancers closer to specific workshop date.
What do I need to bring with me to check-in?
Printed confirmation forms and a photo ID must be presented at check-in.
Can I check in for my dancer/ my friend?
Each individual will need to pick up their own wristband and schedule.
What is your At the Door policy?
Because of the popularity of this event, pre-registration is strongly suggested. Dancers on our wait lists have priority. If you plan on trying to come last minute as a

What ages are allowed?
The SYTYCD® Experience accepts dancers ages 18 and older. For dancers 13-17, join us for
The All Star Experience.
We have three different Tracks:
Track 1: Dance Enthusiasts
A forum for continuing education for recreational dancers and fans of SYTYCD. This track is meant to motivate and inform dancers as well as help them reach their next goals in dance.
Track 2: Aspiring Professionals
A development experience for dancers, aspiring to dance professionally. This track serves not only as an intense dance training ground, but also as a unique opportunity for those pursuing dance to get cutting edge advice and seminars about a professional dance career. Dancers should be prepared for a real-life audition opportunity to be presented.
Track 3: Dance Educators
For dance teachers of any experience or level. This track is meant to reenergize and inspire you. You will have ALL ACCESS to track 1 and 2.
Space is limited.
When do I get my schedule?
The SYTYCD® Experience will email you a tentative schedule three weeks prior to your weekend. Hard copies will be available at each registration.
I'm on the waitlist. When will I find out if I get in?Should additional space open up in the requested workshop, you will be registered automatically and notified by email.
What time does SYTYCD® Experience end on Sunday?
Classes, scholarship announcements and faculty performance will tentatively end around 5:00 pm Sunday.
Where can I find the music that the faculty used during the event?
All music that is available to the public will be posted a week after the workshop. We will email you a list of music in your
thank you letter.
Where can I see photos that were taken throughout the weekend?
Our onsite photographers will host all photos under SYTYCD® Experience and email you the link.
Can I videotape or use my camera at SYTYCD® Experience?Snap away! Still cameras are always welcome to capture the fun memories in class. No flash photography during the showcase, please. No videotaping is allowed at the SYTYCD® Experience.
